I variant with impressive accuracy, featuring a durable EPO foam construction and authentic matte finish in two classic liveries: navy grey and camo brown.

Although overshadowed somewhat by the Spitfire, the Hawker Hurricane became renowned during the Battle of Britain, accounting for 60% of the RAF’s victories during throughout the summer of 1940. The P2961LE-A, flown by Canadian William ‘Willie’ McKnight of 242 squadron, often flew as wingman to squadron leader Douglas Bader. His Hurricane famously featured artwork depicting a skeletal Grim Reaper pointing towards the enemy, as well as a 242 Squadron flying boot kicking Hitler on the lower cowl. The unique underside “White/Night” scheme was designed to enable easy identification between friend or foe by England-based anti-aircraft gunners during early 1940.
