The Komu 1 type is a two-axle freight car used in Hokkaido.

• Renewed two-axle freight car compatible with mini-curves, following the Rem 5000 and WAM 80000
• <2718> is a green regular type, and <2719> is a white refrigerated type
• Silver wheels
• Can run on mini-curves when coupled with a mini-curve compatible locomotive (ED61, EF65, EH500, etc.)
