The DE15 diesel locomotive is a snow removal locomotive developed based on the DE10. When it was first introduced, it was a single-ended type with a russell head attached to one side of the locomotive, but later it became a double-ended type with a russell head attached to the front and rear of the locomotive. There are single-track and double-track versions of the russell head.
