Description
The Panther is a German 45-ton class medium tank from World War II. From September 1943 to July 1944, MAN, Daimler-Benz, MNH and Demark produced approximately 2,200 Panther A-type vehicles after vehicle number 851. Although the body had not changed much from the D type, the turret was a new design, the cupola is a new model made by casting, and the sight for the main gun was changed to a monocular TZF12a from the middle.
This model kit from Takom features a main hatch that can be built opened or closed; the tracks are link-and-length type. Please note that Zimmerit coating molding is not applied to the body or turret of this kit, and interior parts are not included. Photo-etched parts and decals for four versions are included.
