About the history of the Star at LRP: Back in the day we where searching for a design that truly stood out.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eWe're not quite sure why we chose a star in the first place.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eOur final star design was modelled after a price star in a Aldi flyer with the first T-Shirts airbrushed by RC legend Thomas Peter of CARS \u0026amp; Details Germany.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eThis was the T-Shirt Jürgen wore when he won the 1990 European Championship and was further customised with stickers from his other sponsors.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eNext step was a commercially available printed version.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eThese Star T-shirts where then manufactured by our friend John Shaw in the UK.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eWhen Jürgen's son Moritz got serious about RC racing, he wanted to showcase our star too, but didn't fancy the pink colour.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eMoritz met Markus Eisenhuth who has been using LRP products for years and has become a world-renowned airbrush artist.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eMarcus then reinterpreted the star on Moritz's bodyshell.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eWe all at LRP liked the new star so much that we wanted to do more with it.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eAnd so here it is, the new LRP Star T-Shirt!
