The Plasma Mk III Limited, the final and ultimate model of the 1980s Plasma series, is being revived after more than 30 years since its release in 1987! Like other Kyosho vintage series, this reprint model faithfully reproduces the original design, but has been improved to suit modern R\/C mechanisms and power sources, so you can enjoy its driving to your heart's content as a current model. While using common components with the Phantom EP-4WD Ext, the simpler structure makes the body lighter, and on circuits with sufficient road grip, it can demonstrate speeds that surpass the Phantom. The main chassis is made of carbon fiber like the original, and the upper plate and A-bar joint bar, which were made of black FRP on the original, are now made of carbon. The differential unit on the rear axle is a ball differential that was first installed on the Phantom EP-4WD Ext Kyosho 60th Anniversary Model sold in 2023, making it a more luxurious and high-performance machine. The front suspension is a simple kingpin spring, allowing the caster angle to be adjusted. In addition, the reproduction version comes with two types of kingpins with slightly different outer diameters, allowing for fine adjustment of maneuverability.
